We always thinks that diseases are inborn, genetic or result of bad habits. We also feel that if we had known the symptoms of the upcoming disease,we could have saved many lives by protecting them and by doing what should be done. After all “Prevention is Better than cure” as Doctors say.
But according to a revelation of research posted about cancer doing rounds in UK and even on Watsapp relating to the actual cause of carcinogenicity,it has turned out to be as per this article i am quoting from dailyhealth.com:
Vitamin B17: A Brief History of Oppression
Vitamin B17, also known as Amygdalin or Laetrile, is basically a glycoside (certain molecules in which a sugar part is bound to some other part). Initially, it was isolated from the seeds of the tree Prunus dulcis, also known as bitter almonds (banned from the US in 1995), by Pierre-Jean Robiquet and A. F. Boutron-Charlard, in 1803 and was followed by a thorough investigation of the glycoside, by Liebig and Wahler, in 1830.
Vitamin B17 is found in almost all fruit seeds such as the apple, peach, cherry, orange, nectarine and apricot, as well as some beans and many grasses such as wheat grass. The seeds of these fruits (particularly apricots) hold the source of one of the most important nutrients known to man. It is one of the main food sources in cultures such as the Navajo Indians, the Himalayan Hunzas and the Abkhasians.
Did you know that within these tribes there has never been a reported case of cancer? (And there are doctors and scientists from the US living within these tribes right now studying this phenomenon). Research has shown that these tribes never contract cancer or suffer from heart disease if they stick to their native diet, which is exceptionally high in both apricots and millet. However, once exposed to western diets they become as vulnerable as the rest of us.
During 1950 after many years of research, a dedicated biochemist Dr. Ernst T. Krebs, Jr. isolated a new vitamin that he numbered B17 and called ‘Laetrile’. Thousands became convinced that Dr. Krebs had finally found the complete control for all cancers, a conviction shared by even more people today. But back in 1950 Dr. Krebs had no idea of the hornet’s nest he was about to stir up.
How do we get cancer in the first place – through exposure to cigarette smoking, intense sunlight or perhaps the effect of toxic food additives? According to Dr. Krebs neither is the case. His hard biochemical evidence points to the fact that cancer is a simple deficiency disease of vitamin B17, long ago removed from our highly refined western diets. Dr. Krebs suggests that the so-called ‘carcinogens’ (substances, radionuclide or radiation that are agents directly involved in the promotion of cancer) are merely stress triggers, which finally expose the B17 deficiency with devastating effects: cancer.
So this simple relevance which has actually caused death and bereavement from our loved ones and caused heartbreaking effects on us turns out to be a simple defect of not having sufficient vitamin. So what kind of symptom you can say should have been diagnosed for this?
What was the real symptom then ? What is the answer and compensation to the losses we have gone through to this sickening disease ? the real picture that it is not at all a disease but an eyeopener to the hidden realities?
It actually makes me ponder upon the real situation.I forgot to tell you that i lost my many near and dear ones to this disease.I lost my maternal grandfather to this disease who was a criminal lawyer and i really loved him so much…his handwriting, his way of talking, his oration and discussions and debates.P.S. i remember everything even when i lost him at young age of 6.I saw my eternal family being ruined from this.Everyone trying to save him and running from pillar to post New Delhi to Lucknow to various places in India..it was year of 1996 in India to be precise and exact and his struggle till the last stages which was so heart wrenching. His entire family lost everything from money to all other things in the house to save him and just so that we all could be with him without any worth success..
This is just a case, the school where i was studying was being run by Catholic Diocese and our Principal was Catholic Father,he also had cancer and we saw him diminishing from what he was with the Chemotherapy sessions and all horrifying and painful treatments to just the the development of these carcinogenic self destructing weird cells and with doctors mind boggling struggle with little relief to patient.
And then there was another case yet with my friend in New Delhi who lost her father whose vocal cord the was last stage of cancer when it was detected and they being three sisters, running everywhere to find cure but no avail and then its not trauma only for the patient but for the family members who go through emotional upheaval and so helpless that i wished to help her, console her and give some solution which i never had…
And then losing my very best friend who was very senior to me a 48 year old jolly fun loving happy-go-lucky and gem of a person-a South Indian Colleague who was there with me when i was working in Bangladesh who i was ardent supporter like anything guiding me in my work and life.I returned from there within few years but i lost him to cancer-it was a brain tumour developing again and again..it was most probably his second or third surgery.I was there when earthquakes were happening in Dhaka trying to save him from other natural calamities but i was not able to save him from this other one.He was a wonderful person with a caring wife and everything got destroyed with this and him coming back to India to get some kind of treatment..
I think i lost sufficient people to this crap disease which turns out to be no disease at all just about counting the medicines and dollars they make..
If now everything is business of making money, where is humanity, where is love, where is God???

Life is not a bed of roses and not everyone is born with silver spoons and forks in their mouth so that’s how the world of fashion is evolved.
Fashion’s birth has been very slow through the womb of Mother Earth, cautiously going from Primates being completely naked till present day where fashion, trends, forecasting rule and rock the world.
So guys and gals as we always talk about global fashion accross British,American Empires we need to understand that the influence has been homogeneosly been through vast cultural diversity of all the continenents spread accross the world. So in this blog,i write about the influx of fashion at Pan Global scale.
In the 1800’s, woman could be spotted in a floor length dress at any time of day or night. In this century that the high waisted empire gown was introduced as an iconic fashion piece; and the empire dress started featuring a square neckline. There was trend of empire dresses, parasols and hats.P.S..If you compare with that time sitting in a time machine you would have been shocked how women could carry stuff like that almost everyday!!
In 1900 s there was eruption of haute couture, translated literally as “high sewing,” in Paris. New haute couture garments in the early 1900’s were custom-made and hand-sewn with a remarkably high price tag, as remains the custom today. The custom made is the most sought after fashion till present since people like to be uniqueally different and differently unique.LOL..
Fashion trends of the Western world as upper-class women sought after haute couture garments exclusively. Women started visiting equesterian sports like the horse races, providing the prime opportunity for an exuberancy. There was remarkable increased of women wearing short skirts, dropped waists by name of “Flapper”,side button waistcoats and bobbed haircuts usually blonde with sheer stockings and pants which showed women now wished to break barriers of femininty and start cross dressing. The women became conscious about their sexuality and appeal .Flapper feels like wings flapping about but is it so?
World War-1 and World War-2 saw the beginning of minimalistic and fashion based on millitary based regime with women going at the front to fight for their motherland and involving with men in strategies so came the rise of utility clothing designs such as padded shoulders, tight dresses, halter tops and American Fashion by name of GIBSON GIRL and also the birth of bathing suits .Before this time period women have been shying away of revealing their selves which was now reduced in becoming forthcoming to bold and beautiful concept.Gosh..If bathing suits had not been invented where would have been the business of lingerie and bikini be?
In the 1950’s, designers and fashion lovers were ready to break free of the minimalism inspired by both world wars. By New Look fashion by Christian Dior, luxurious garments returned with elaborate accessories. The 1950’s was also the decade where clothing began mass production, and standard sizes were created for a woman’s figure.
Thus rose cocktail dress made famous by Dior, circle skirt which could be worn during evening cocktail parties, poodle skirt and pedal pushers and saddle shoes and surely it was time to celebrate,get-together,rejoice and have fun!!!
In 1960s,Mod fashion of London became most sought after with people going for printed bell-bottoms and high boots and introduction of Unisex fashion and slowly giving way to pshychedelic prints on t-shirt and Indian prints being recognised internationally and two famous designers ruling the market YVS and CK…
pshychedelic prints with rise of rock band and easy to wear clothing
So guess what there was lot of things you gotta know about the past today and hope we design a time machine pretty soon for you to be part of different eras and have as much fun as we can roaming about in different costumes and bringing back lot of cool stuff..eh..
So next time we continue our journey with other eras…
